Neslihan Yumukoglu, who work as Project Manager for Local Administration Reform Phase III Project at UNDP, holds MA degree on Cross Cultural Communication & International Relations obtained from Newcastle University, UK and BA on English Language Teaching from Hacettepe University, TR. She has 14 years general, more than 10 years of progressively more responsible professional experience in including but not limited to international& national, donor-funded development and management, business development, tender/bid &project management, project and programme implementation, HR management & recruitment, financial management in line with donor/client requirements in a wide range of sectors. She managed projects in the fields of local administration, regional development, socio-economic development, civil society dialogue, scholarship management, occupational health and safety, empowerment of women, entrepreneurship development, private sector development, child protection, as well as inclusion of vulnerable groups. The projects she implemented had components of institutional capacity building at central and local levels, awareness raising, training, research, etc. Thus, her experience covers various aspects of capacity building, event management, awareness raising, research and analysis studies. She has working experience with central and local administrations, UN agencies and NGOs through projects she took part in.
