Irena Guidikova

Irena Guidikova is an inclusion policy advocate and innovator with expertise in intercultural integration, urban citizenship, place making and diversity advantage. She has been working at the Council of Europe since 1994. Her carrier has taken her from youth policy and research, though a project on the future of democracy in Europe, the Private Office of the Secretary General, where she worked as a policy advisor, to her present job as Head of Inclusion and Anti-Discrimination Programmes. She is the founder of the Council of Europe Intercultural Cities programme.
