Prof. Dr. Handan Türkoğlu is a professor of urban planning at Faculty of Architecture of İstanbul Technical University. She received her master’s and doctorate degrees in Urban Planning at İstanbul Technical University. Prof. Dr. Turkoglu is the author/co-author of more than 150 national and international research papers, book chapters and technical reports on urban planning and design, urban resilience, housing and urban quality of life and healthy cities.
