Gürsel Erul

Head of Water and Soil Management Department, Turkish Ministry of Environment and Urbanization

Gürsel Erul was born in 1968 in Kırşehir. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir. He graduated from Akdeniz University, Department of Geological Engineering in 1993. He has served in various positions in the public sector since 1996. He is still working as the Head of Department within the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization
