After graduating from Yıldız Technical University, Department of City and Regional Planning in 2013, I completed my master's degree at Okan University, Department of Real Estate Appraisal and Finance in 2018. I have started to my career as an appraiser at Harmoni Real Estate Valuation & Consultancy INC. in 2013 and continued as Education&Research Director, Project Manager until 2019. Currently, I continue my duty as Deputy General Manager. I have Real Estate Appraiser License given by Capital Markets Board of Turkey and Valuation Expert certificate given by Royal Institution Chartered Surveyor (RICS). I took part in the valuation of real estate for secure lending, the valuation of projects such as energy, housing, trade, etc., which are the subject of project financing, the current building stock-project valuation, creating financial model of urban renewal projects.
