Cécile Lavigne has been Inward Investment Manager at Business France Istanbul Office for 5 years. Business France is the French National Agency helping foreign investors to invest and extend their investments in France. Previously, she worked over 10 years in different private consultancy offices in Turkey, advising international companies in Turkey and thus gained a broad knowledge of the Turkish business environment as well.

After graduating in International Relations from Galatasaray University, she received her MA degree (DESS) in International Cooperation from Sorbonne University.
