Syria Crisis Response and Resilience Program Portfolio Manager, UNDP Turkey

Arda Saygın Köstem has been working as the manager of UNDP's Syria Crisis Response and Resilience Portfolio since March 2021 and has spent most of his development career working on social cohesion, peace building and stabilization, and reconstruction in Afghanistan, Iraq and Jordan where the needs of the refugees and host communities were the focus. Mr. Köstem holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics.
