Geographic Information Systems Manager, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality

Ali Köşker completed his undergraduate education at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering and continues his master's degree in Bahçeşehir University, Urban Systems and Transportation Management program. He was appointed to Ordu Provincial Directorate of National Education in 2013.Mr. Köşker worked for Ordu Provincial Special Administration and worked as a temporary officer in Ordu Governorship Investment Monitoring and Coordination Department after the institution was abolished within the framework of Law No. 6360. In 2014, he was transferred to Bursa Metropolitan Municipality by a transfer assignment. He worked at the Geographical Information Systems Branch Office and the R&D Branch Office. Between June 2019 and April 2020, he served as the Smart Urban Planning Department Manager. He was appointed as the Deputy Department Manager of the Geographic Information Systems in April 2020 and continues in the same position.
