Abdulilah Zakaria, born in 1963, from the town of Fneideq, Akkar Governorate, North Lebanon, holder of an educational license in mathematics, director of the Private Scientific Creativity High School, mayor of Fnideq municipality from 2010 to 2013, president of the Union of Municipalities of Jurd al-Qayta’ from 2010 to date, member and founder of the Lebanon local economic development agency (North LEDA), a member of united cities and local governments Middle East and West Asia section (UCLG-MEWA)
